Bulls loosening increasingly confident Lonzo Balls minutes limitation on his request

After missing two full seasons of basketball, Chicago Bulls Guard Lonzo Ball’s Road has been back to Game Action a tentative. The 20.9 minutes per Fight, he average this season, is significantly down from any second year in his career.

However, it seems that Ball has taken a critical step towards returning to his normality before 2022.

According to Julia Poe of Chicago Tribune– Reporting from Bulls’ media availability before their match against Toronto Raptors Friday- Ball’s minutes limitation has been increased to 28 minutes at the guard’s request.

“(Ball) went to the Bulls Medical Team to ask his minutes to increase,” Poe wrote on social media. “Feeling truly confident in his body and perseverance right now.”

Each of Chicago’s last five games has ranked among Ball’s top 11 games in the season after minutes played. His 18 points Monday against Denver Nuggets was his most since January 11, 2022 against Detroit Pistons.

Bulls are currently 20-28, 10. At the Eastern Conference and a Game Free of the Philadelphia 76ers for its last Play-in-place.
