Sean “Diddy” Combs hospitalized while awaiting a sample in sex shop

“Combs manipulated women to participate in orchestrated performances of sexual activity with combs,” the document read. “Combs ensured participation from women by getting and distributing drugs to them, controlling their careers, taking advantage of his financial support and threatening to cut off the same and use threats and violence.”

Following his arrest in September, Combs did not plead guilty to all three federal charges filed against him – racketing, sex trade with power, fraud or coercion and transport to participate in prostitution. In December he wrote on Instagram That the claims made against him are “sick” and added, “I did not do any of the horrible things that are alleged.”

His lawyer has accused the charges of making a major mistake in the new indictment.

“The theory of the Prosecutor’s Office remains defective,” the lawyer said in a statement to E! News 30 January. “The government has added the ridiculous theory that two of Mr. Combs’ former girlfriends were not at all girlfriends, but were prostitutes.”

The lawyer added, “Mr. Combs is as engaged as ever to fight these charges and win at the trial.”

The trial must begin May 5.
