More than 11 million people have seen the video of an adult man beating and threatening to kill an Indianapoli’s 14-year-old for riding his motorized bicycle.

On Tuesday, the Marion County prosecutor’s office announced the prosecutor against 45-year-old Jason Harrell in the case.

The boy’s mother released doorbell camera footage of the meeting on social media on Saturday night.

The video shows the teenager wearing a helmet sitting on a motorized bike on the side of the residential road around 10 pm. 15.20 Saturday. The boy has some trouble starting his bike when a white work van pulls up next to him.

The driver identified by police like Harrell shouts out of his open window by the boy and says that if he sees the boy on the street again, he will pick him up.

“Yes, sir,” the boy replies.

The van begins to pull away before the driver slams on the brakes and leaves the vehicle.

“Do you understand?” The man shouts as he approaches the teenager.

“Yes, sir,” says the boy.

“Get f *** from my street!” The man shouts and then pushes the boy out of his bike so hard that he falls on the ground. While the boy is lying on his back, the man beats him in what seems to be the front of his helmet and continues to shout indecision.

The driver tells the boy that if he sees him on the street again, he kills him and his father.

“Do you understand?” The man asks.

“Yes, sir,” says the boy.

The man orders the boy to get back on his bike and continues to shout at him, referring to his father of a gay sling.

The boy bikes away when Harrell continues to shout.

The boy’s mother called the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police and told them she had an “ongoing topic” with Harrell, who “would often be upset over children in the neighborhood to ride motorized bikes either on the sidewalk or the road.”

Officers went to Harrell’s house. He admitted that he shouted at the boy, but refused to hit or push him, noticed officers.

The video showed only the second half of a longer meeting, according to a probable causal statement. Before the shooting began, the product’s driver had expanded his arm out the window to push the teenager off the bike, the boy told the police. The driver then turned the van around and continued to collect him – this is where the video begins.

Harrell faces a crime of threats and two wrongdoing with battery, resulting in body damage.

Harrell’s first hearing took place on Tuesday morning. He was denied bond after pleading guilty and being held in prison in Marion County. His next court date is scheduled for February 25.
