Brown’s GM Andrew Berry says he will not act Myles Garrett, not even for two first rounds; Open for contract extension

Mobile, ala. – For those who want Browns to trade Myles Garrett so that they can fill up on choosing the first round and rebuilding, it does not happen.

Brown’s General Manager Andrew Berry, who spoke with three of the club’s regular beat writers here, including Cleveland.com, said unequivocally that he will not trade Browns’ Future Hall of Famer and reigning NFL Defensive Player of the Year.

He was specifically asked, “If someone sees you for dinner tonight and says, ‘We’ll give you two to Myles,’ you say, ‘I’m not interested?'”

“Correct,” he said. “You can put it on the record.”

He also said he is definitely open to the contract extension, that Garrett, 29, revealed after the season finals in Baltimore, which he is looking for. He is under contract through 2026 to $ 25 million a year, fifth highest among the NFL Edge Rushers. In comparison, San Francisco’s Nick Bosa is first of $ 34 million.
