Tuesday, six weeks before St. Paddy’s Day, brings McDonald’s his finest creation back, Shamrock Shake. Like Santa Claus, the delicious treat comes only once a year and it starts on Tuesday.

When does Shamrock Shake come out?

Assuming the ice maker is working, McDonald’s will start selling Shamrock Shake on Tuesday, February 4th. It’s the second year in a row, it will debut that day, although some places have started selling it a little early.

The treatment usually sticks around until St. Patrick’s Day, giving you six weeks to get one.

What’s the matter in a Shamrock shaking?

Grimace Shake returns?

Shamrock Shake was McDonald’s top invention until the summer of 2023, when it revealed Grimace Shake. Grimace is celebrating his birthday in June so you will have to wait a bit to see if it returns. But he did not celebrate in 2024, probably because he was busy hanging with the New York Mets.
