First Teaser for Fantastic Four: First Steps confirms a new trailer release date, offers glimpses of retro futuristic surroundings

Marvel Studios has teased the debut trailer for the upcoming movie The Fantastic Four: First Steps.

A short clip, entitled ‘Prepare 4⃣ launch’, shows a group of children who are excited about a shop window where a quantity is already staring at retro -tv apparatus. On the screens is a rocket that is launched in the sky, which looks like the amazing four that put space suits, and a ‘prepare 4 launch’, message. Two other screens are hidden by the spectators, but we can see from the TVs and the aesthetic of the shot that Fantastic Four: First Steps is set in the 1960s retro futurism.

‘Launching cover’, as Marvel Ringer is, starts at 1 p.m.

“The future foundation invites you to take your first steps into a fantastic new era,” reads the video description.

The upcoming MCU movie, which will be released on July 25, 2025, plays Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards/Mr. Great, Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm/Invisible Woman, Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm/Human Torch, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm/The Thing.

Ralph Ineson is Galactus and Julia Garner is Silver Surfer. Paul Walter Hauser, John Malkovich, Natasha Lyonne and Sarah Niles are also in the film. The instructor is Matt Shakman, and the producer is of course Marvel Studios chief Kevin Feige.

Set on the vibrant background of a 1960s-inspired, retro-futuristic world, Marvel Studios’ The Fantastic Four: First Steps introduces Marvel’s first family-reed richards/Mister Fantastic (Pedro Pascal), Sue Storm/Invisible Woman (Vanessa Kirby ), Johnny Storm/Human Torch (Joseph Quinn) and Ben Grimm/The Thing (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) when faced with their most frightening challenge. Confused to balance their roles as heroes with the strength of their family bond, they must defend the earth from a rocking space God called Galactus (Ralph Ineson) and his enigmatic Herald, Silver Surfer (Julia Garner). And if Galactus’ plan to devour the whole planet and everyone on it was not bad enough, it suddenly becomes very personal.

At NYCC in October, participants were met with works of art containing a number of important faces from MCU, including a first live-action look at Fantastic Fours Humanoid Experimental Robot B-Type Integrated Electronics AKA Herbie

Fans speculate that Robert Downey, Jr., returns to MCU as iconic Marvel vessel Doctor Doom at one point in Fantastic Four: First Steps, or at least tease somehow. Feige has confirmed that Fantastic Four will appear in both Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars.
