Trailer Fantastic Four: First Steps finally brings Marvel’s first family into MCU, teases Galactus’ arrival

Marvel Studios has released the debut trailer for Fantastic Four: First Steps, giving fans their first look at what’s sure of being one of the biggest superhero films of 2025.

The trailer offers a look at Mr. Fantastic, Sue Storm, Johnny Storm and The Thing as well as a glimpse of Supervillain Galactus. The trailer, starting with dinner in the Baxter building, gives our best look yet at Fantastic Four: First Steps’ Futro setting from the 1960s, as well as a teasing for what looks like an upcoming match in New York.

We see Ben Grimm before and after he gets tighted, along with the Fantastic Four’s humanoid experimental robot B-type integrated electronics alias Herbie, they both look eager to cook.

Elsewhere, we see Sue Storm briefly in action as an invisible woman, and Johnny Storm flies around in human torch form. However, we do not see Reed Richards making elastic Mr. Fantastic Things.

And it is worth pointing out glimpses against John Malkovich, who was joked to play Ivan Kragoff, also known as Red Ghost.

Marvel launched the first official trailer at the US Space & Rocket Center in Huntsville, Alabama, where stars Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Joseph Quinn and Ebon Moss-Bachrach shook hands with excited fans.

The upcoming MCU movie, released on July 25, 2025, also plays Ralph Ineson as Galactus and Julia Garner as Silver Surfer. Paul Walter Hauser, Natasha Lyonne and Sarah Niles are also in the film. The instructor is Matt Shakman, and the producer is of course Marvel Studios chief Kevin Feige.
