We had updated the story yesterday when police confirmed that the driver was arrested for DUI and reckless danger and when we finished writing this story, the SPD confirmed that 47-year-old Garcia Morales was that driver. Prison registrations say he was booked in prison on Sunday morning and released Monday night. The case documents notes that the City Attorney’s office refused to submit charges now, but still could in the future.
