Chicago-Roochie Matas Buzelis scored a career-best 24 points, and Josh Gidde matched it to help Chicago Bulls top the Miami Heat 133-124 Tuesday night.

Coby White scored 22 points and Ayo Dosunmu added 21 points and nine assists for the bulls playing their first match since Trade in two-time all-star Zach Lavine to Sacramento late Sunday.

Tyler Herro and Bam Adebayo each scored 23 for Miami, who had won three of four.

Bulls drew 118-114 with five minutes to play, but an 11-2 race helped secure the victory.

Nikola Jovic added 20 points and Kel’el Ware finished with 17 points and 12 rebounds for the heat, which opened the game on a 12-2 race and led 70-60 at break.

Bulls Center Nikola VUUCEVIC, also the subject of trading speculation, ended with 12 points and 10 rebounds in what could be his last home game in the United Center.

Takeaways

Miami: G Duncan Robinson shook by a right hip contusion and started quickly. He began the game opening race with a couple of 3-Pointers.

Bulls: Zach Collins, Kevin Harter and Three Jones, the trio who came to Chicago in a seven-player trade involving avalanche was not available on Tuesday night, and coach Billy Donovan said they will not play before the trading deadline.

White appeared at the top of the key with the shooting clock that ran down, but spun away in an open lane for a thump with 2:25 left giving Chicago a 125-120 lead and uncovering the decisive race.

Key State

Buzelis will see several minutes when the season winds and he gave his hometown fans plenty to enjoy on Tuesday. He finished the night 10 for 10 from the floor with several spinning coats at the basket and four 3-Pointers.
