Southland Drive Bank Robbery Arrests

Two people have been arrested in connection with the robbery at Central Bank on Southland Drive.

Tuesday, January 29, 2025, around 7 p.m. At 15.00, officers were sent to the central bank in the 200 block in Southland Drive for a robbery. Officers learned that a male suspect entered the bank and demanded money before they fled on foot with a non -public amount of cash.

With the help of exploration techniques and the help of the department’s real -time information center, detectives were able to locate two suspects.

Danzell Cruse30, was arrested on January 29, 2025 and accused of robbery 1^st Degree, fleeing or avoiding police 3^Rd Degree, manipulation with physical proof, trade in marijuana (less than 8 oz) 1^st Violation, aggravated trade in controlled substance (28 GMS fentanyl) and a non -related arrest warrant. He is currently being held at the Fayette County detention center.

Corey Burch36, was arrested on January 31, 2025 in Nicholasville, Ky, for Robbery 1^st Degree, fleeing or avoiding police 1^st Degree, carjacking and a non -related arrest warrant. He is currently being held in Jessamine County withholding center.
