You can now use Chatgpt Web search without logging in

In a move that could make Openais Chatbot a more appealing opportunity over the established companies like Google, the company now allows someone to use Chatgpt Web search without having to log in.

While Openai had previously allowed users to ask chatgpt questions without log in, the answers were limited to chatbot’s last training update. Then in October last year, Openai launched a so-called “Google Challenger” in the form of chatgpt search, which includes support for real-time questions such as sports results, news and weather. This was only available for premium chatgpt subscribers.

Openai extended chatgpt -search to everyone in December but you still had to be logged in – a requirement that the company is now removed.

However, this only applies via chatgpt.com. To use chatgpt in any form through the original mobile app, you still need to be logged in.
