One in, one out: Barcelona name team to meet Valencia

La Liga Giants Barcelona on Thursday revealed the club’s latest matchday team.

And it contains a completely remarkable return as well as a significant absence.

Barcelona is of course due to returning to action later in the evening when they go to Mestalla for a Copa del Rey quarter-final meeting with Valencia.

Blaugrana will go into the matchup with confidence in their chances of moving on, after setting seven goals past Valencia in La Liga just weeks ago.

And as was referred to above, a short time ago, the troop of players who were supposed to be dependent on Hansi Flick, and his staff to get the job done.

When it comes to recurring names, Dani Olmo, who follows several weeks on the sidelines with a calf injury, is back among the group.

And making room for the Spanish international is Ansu Fati, who in the midst of fierce competition for places in Barca’s rows is simply at home.
