School endings, delays in Massachusetts to Thursday 6th February

With a fast-moving weather system expected to blanket Massachusetts with snow Thursday-with most areas that look between 2 and 4 inches-have some schools already decided to close or delay the opening.

National Weather Service forecasts on Wednesday set a winter weather counseling that covers almost the entire state that warned about smooth road conditions in the morning and evening commuters. Snowfall is expected to start between 7 p.m. 06.00 and 10.00 on Thursday, before the rainfall switches to ice and rain in the afternoon.
