However, they are more than willing to remain positive.

“He definitely cooked this deadline and I am so glad we have a choice, because even if it is like 14-15, we are one of the best draft teams in the NBA, and in this stacked class I have no doubt About that we find a gem, ”they posted.

Wiggins to join LeBron, Shaq

New Miami Heat Forward Andrew Wiggins is joining a rare club with two of the biggest players in the league story.

Wiggins will be the fourth No. 1 choice to play for the heat. He joins Shaquille O’Neal (1992), LeBron James (2003) and Greg Oden (2007) in the exclusive group.

The heat has never chosen first in the draft.

Cleveland Cavaliers drew up Wiggins first in 2014. However, the team quickly traded him to Minnesota for all-star tip Kevin Love.

Entertaining is Wiggins and Love now teammates.

Wiggins’ entry into the small club could bode well for Miami. O’Neal and James each won championships during their heating period.

In addition, the heat reached the final of Od’s lonely season in Miami. However, San Antonio Spurs peaked the heat in 2014.

Wiggins average 17.6 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.3 assists. However, his 44.4 shooting percentage marks his lowest since 2019, his last full season in Minnesota.

Haslem shares thoughts of butler trade

Count the heating legend Udonis Haslem among those who were happy with the Butler trade.

“I just waited to exhale,” Haslem declared at ESPN.

Haslem went a step further and described this past month. Butler requested a trade on January 2 and has served three separate suspensions for violation of team rules, lack of a team flight and gone out of the exercise.

“It’s been mentally, emotionally and physical drainage during this period for everyone,” Haslem said.

“So I’m quite glad we finally got it found out and the guys in the dressing room can make noise and play with a clear mind.”

Haslem played with Butler from 2019 to 2023. Miami reached the final twice in that time and lost to Lakers in 2020 and the Nuggets three years later.

However, Haslem has no lingering resentment against Butler. He praised his ex-team and said the veteran Spider is an excellent fit for a Warriors team looking for a title more in the Stephen Curry era.

“I know what Jimmy is from first,” Haslem said. “Playoff Jimmy. I know what he brings. He definitely takes some stress from Steph. … you can go to Jimmy and he will be effective for you. “
