‘Invincible’ season 3 scores cement it as Amazon’s best completed top show ever

What can I say, critics are consistently in love with invincible.

Reviews are in, and after three full seasons now the animated superhero series has become Almost perfect scores across them allA 98% for season 1, a 100% for season 2 and 100% for the just -released season 3, and I think the show has only two negative reviews … ever. All this adds a 99% score across all three seasons, rather miraculous for such a tall profile show across any Streaming service.

It also makes Invincible the top-scored show among the most watched Amazon Prime Originals. As it stands, here’s the list of the ten most viewed Amazon Prime series, although the order of some of these may be a little off (Reacher should be much higher than that, as it rarely leaves the top 10 list even months after release I also think invincible can be higher now). List:

  • Lord of the Rings: Magtringe – 84% Critics, 49% Audience
  • Fallout – 94% critics, 90% audience
  • The boys – 93% critics, 76% audience
  • The amazing Mrs. Maisel – 90% critics, 84% audience
  • Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan -78% Critics, 73% Audience
  • The man in High Castle – 84% critics, 80% audience
  • Invincible – 99% critics, 90% audience
  • Reacher – 95% critics, 84% audience
  • Time Wheel – 83% Critics, 70% Audience

I’m not … sure I actually agree with critics here? Invincible and Reacher are the two highest ranked shows here, but I think both had season 2s that were not big. Invincible was okay but is missing in some respects. Season 2 of Reacher was just Bad And the audience agrees. Somehow that season got 98% from critics, but a more account 77% from the audience. I’m not really sure how it happened.

Again, I think Invincible viewership has gone up and it must be higher than the man in High Castle and Jack Ryan, at least at this time. The top shows are everywhere with regard to their future. Amazon reportedly has five seasons of planned rings, but the viewer was half of season 1 for season 2. Fallout is fantastic and had to run for many seasons. The boy’s quality has faltered, but it ends with Season 5, which is what the creators want.

As for invincible, creator Robert Kirkman says he has planned eight seasons. It may sound a little ambitious, but I can actually think it can happen. I just don’t want to wait 15 years for the series to get all of them out. I assume we get to see.
