Closures and delays due to snow around Kitsap County

The most significant snow of a winter first week in February arrived overnight, leaving several centimeters of snow, again closing schools and knocking the stream out to home around kitsap.

Upcoming forecast

The current National Weather Service forecast does not call for show showers to continue, predicting dry and but cold weather in the coming days.

Serious weather shelves in kitsap remain open Thursday night for residents to get out of the cold. Three shelters will be open from 1 p.m. 18 to 7, except in Kingston, where the hours are at. 18:30 until 7 p.m. 06:30
