The second wave of snow is on its way to Saturday night in Connecticut, it will be a fast moving storm, but can fall moderately to local heavy snow.

It will be colder Saturday night with low in the top 20s during the storm. With temperatures just below freezing, the snow will be a little fluffer than what we just had Thursday. The roads get smooth with all snow and it can be added quickly closer to midnight.

Snowfall speeds could go so high to one to two inches per hour in the early night over hours and painted some of the sunrise on Sunday.

Southwestern Fairfield County can see about three to 6 inches, and the rest of the view area could pick up six to nine inches of snow.
