An X user shared such a device that receives USAID funds is the Clinton Foundation. The user claimed that Chelsea Clinton, a board member of the Clinton Foundation, got millions of dollars of USAID.

The Clinton Foundation, founded by former President Bill Clinton and First Lady Hillary Clinton in 1998, provides funds for programs fighting HIV/AIDS and climate change and promoting development in deprived regions around the world. The Clintons Are all board members in the foundation but do not receive any salary or income from it.

Who is Chelsea Clinton?

Chelsea Clinton was born in 1980 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She went to a public school there until she moved to Washington, DC, after President Clinton won in 1992. Chelsea completed her bachelor’s degree at Stanford University and served Master’s degrees from the University of Oxford and Columbia University.
