Weekendi’s threat followed by measurable snow chance next week in Baltimore

(Updated February 8, 8:25 AM) Marylanders is preparing for more chances for winter weather for the next several days. The first chance is coming today.

Saturday brings the chance of winter weather with influences that are possible for winter plans. Winter Weather Advisories is laid out over the Baltimore Metro. An Ice Storm warning has been sent for Garret County and part of Allegany County, where there is the highest confidence to accumulate ice.

This morning snow and gossip are possible. By the late afternoon, freezing rain comes into the area. Throughout the night, freezing of rain and rain will be possible, but all rainfall goes into rain closer to midnight and ends shortly after that.

A little is expected for no ice collection, which means few influences. Still, drivers need to be careful, especially in times of freezing rain, and when driving on bridges, transitions and untreated roads.

Temperatures throughout the day will be stable and remain in the low to the mid -30s.
