Florida strikes of No. 1 Auburn to Snap Tigers ’14 Game-Seems

The Sec is in the middle of a potential historical men’s basketball season, with seven of its team ranked in the top 25 of the latest US Today Sports Coaches Poll and 14 of its 16 members who are still in search of a place in the NCAA tournament.

Of the great, famous flock, Florida Can very well be the best team. Gators certainly showed just as much Saturday in one of their biggest matches of the season.

Behind a team high 19 points and nine assists from the Allamerican candidate Walter Clayton Jr., No. 6 Florida went on the road and knocked off No. 1 Auburn90-81.

It was Gators’ second win against a top-ranked team this season. The walls earlier then no. 1 Tennessee 73-43 on January 7th. According to the ESPN broadcast, it was the program’s first win ever against a # 1 team.
