Scottsdale Airport: Fly goes down in another plane, killing 1, hurts several others

A plane went out of the runway after landing at Scottsdale Airport on Monday and crashed into another plane, says the Federal Aviation Administration.

Scottsdale Fire Capt. Dave Folio says five people were involved in the crash. An unidentified person was killed, two were taken to a trauma center, another is stable and another person is still trapped inside the plane.

What we know:

The airport was sent to x around 7 p.m. 14.50 on February 10th and said an “accident on arrival at the runway 21.”

The Federal Aviation Administration (Faa) Detailed what happened and said, “A learned 35a turned out of the runway after landing and crashed into a Gulfstream 200 -business breaks FAA.

Scottsdale Fire says the aircraft crashed was parked on private property.

The fire department, police and few are on stage, and the airport runway is temporarily closed.

Scottsdale Airport is located at Scottsdale Road and Greenway Parkway.

What we don’t know:

We don’t know what made the plane float out of the runway after landing.

Scottsdale Mayor Lisa Borowsky released a statement and said, “Today, Scottsdale unfortunately experienced a plane crash at our airport. Based on the information delivered, it appears at least one person dead after two jets collided on the runway at Scottsdale Airport. The accident happened just before 3 pm when a learjet 35a turned from the runway after landing, according to information from the Federal Aviation Administration.

Arizona -ret lawyer Kris Mayes said, “I am destroyed by hearing that a deadly plane crash has occurred at Scottsdale Airport. My thoughts are with the victims of this horrible accident and their loved ones.”
