When he came out of a commanding victory over Knicks on Saturday, Celtics is facing another East Rival on the road Monday in Miami.

The heat, with the Jimmy Butler saga, which was finally resolved after treating their star to the Golden State, has played .500 basketball all season and has never gone more than three games above or under a smooth record.

Boston has been the best road team in the league this season with a 21-6 record away from home. Celtics was dominant in Madison Square Garden this weekend, partly thanks to strong performances from secondary players such as Luke Kornet (14 points, 12 rebounds), Payton Pritchard (25 points) and Neemias Queta (11 points, eight rebounds).

“When that happens, it just gives other guys an opportunity to step up,” said Celtics coach Joe Mazzulla. “So that’s a good thing about the dressing room is guys are always ready. Luke ready to start, NeEmy, (Xavier Tillman), all together. So for me it’s just about the team’s connectivity, and similar things happen, the next guy should be ready to go and do his job and they did a good job with it. “

Boston won the first matchup against Miami this season on December 2nd.
