Keep the umbrella with you as you go to work or school this week as the rain chances continue in Wednesday. This will not be a total leaching, but most people get a healthy drink with water over southeastern Texas.

Rain and thunderstorms possible Wednesday

Another rainfall starts the weekend when another cold front moves through.

Over the next 5 days of parts of northeastern Walker County, northern San Jacinto County, and most of the Polk County has the chance to take the highest rainfall collected trophy over the next week.

Heaviness along I-45 and north of I-45

When everything is said and done, we could see anywhere from 0.50 to 1.5 inches of rainfall in areas north of Sugarland and Pearland, while areas along the coast may only receive about 0.1 to 0.25 inches of rain.

Valentine’s Day seems to be close to the average for this time of year with barely any chance of rain.
