Mid-Atlantic Winter Storm puts Washington, Baltimore on duty

Severe snowfall is expected in Mid-Atlantic, including Washington and Baltimore, as the first of three winter storms affect the country on Tuesday.

More than 76 million people are under Winter weather Alarms across the United States, and from Tuesday morning, rain and snow fall in Ohio Valley and Mid-Atlantic.

Crews have been busy pre -treating roads to prepare for the storm, and officials have announced school closures due to bad weather. States for emergency have also been declared and the airlines have issued travel exemptions for those who want to change flights in front of expected delays and cancellations.

More storms to influence millions across us this week, weekend

While Mid-Atlantic and Ohio Valley are affected by this latest winter storm on Tuesday, Fox Forecast Center continues to monitor additional storms that will affect millions of people throughout the United States

When this storm begins to relax in Mid-Atlantic, snow will start ramping up in the plains and midwest. Winter Weather Alerts extend throughout the region in anticipation of heavy snow to the north and the risk of ice further south.

Winter Storm -ure has been sent to Chicago and Detroitwhile Kansas CityAt Missourihas been upgraded to a Winter Storm Warning.

Forecasters also keep the eyes of a weekend storm that can affect millions of people.

A deep -sea fishing fish with its mouthful of sharp teeth was spotted near the surface of the water near the canary islands off the coast of Africa Earlier this month.

The videos and the pictures were taken off CONDIK TENERIFE A Spanish NGO investigating sharks and rays of the Canary Islands and Marine Photographer David Jara Borguña.

According to the organization, the fish is a so -called “Black Seadevil” known by its scientific name Melanocetus Johnsonii. They typically swim between 650 and 6,500 feet below sea level.
