Chicago (AP) -Malik Beasley made seven 3-Pointers and ended with 24 points, and Detroit Pistons built a franchise record, 42-point half-time pipeline on the way to a 132-92 romp over Chicago Bulls on Tuesday night.

Detroit Outscorated Bulls 71-29 in the first half and darkened the previous brand of 34 points against Chicago on March 23, 1969.

Beasley set a Detroit record for 3-Pointers in a season with 212 after making 7 of 10. The previous brand was 211 of Saddiq Bey in 2021-22. Cade Cunningham added 20 points, seven assists and six rebounds as the stamps got away with their most crooked victory of the season.

Tobias Harris scored 18 and Ausar Thompson ended with 16 points as the stamps rolled to their third win in a row.

Bulls set a team record by missing out on their first 20 3-Pointers before Ayo Dosunmu hit a near end of the second quarter. They were 10 of 47 beyond the arc and shot 35% overall in the game.

Things were so comical for Chicago that Nikola VUUCEVIC threw her arms up in the mock celebration after making a crunchy shot late in the first half that trimmed the deficit to 43. And the amount cheered as well.

Chicago had only two players score in double – Matas Buzelis (12 points) and Josh Gidde (11).

Coby White scored a season-low five, which made only 2 of 13 shots and was missing all eight 3-point attempts.
