Columbia, SC (WIS) – We have issued a first alarm day in the next two days due to rain rounds and isolated storms.

First alarm overview

Expect a 70-80% chance of rain, especially in the morning around 7 p.m. 07:00 to 10 Wednesday. Areas north and west of the I-20 will see a better chance of heavy raining about an inch possible, because of this we have a first alarm day.

Another rain band moves Wednesday late in the afternoon in the evening.

At Thursday, the cold front is approaching, and this brings an 80% chance of rain that could also have a few thunderstorms. Again, the best chance is to see about 0.5-1 ″ north and west of I-20. This will be a morning to early afternoon event. Since there is a chance of heavy rain and storms, we have another first alarm day. High temperatures are in the mid -60s with increased southern current.
