Memphis Grizzlies vs Clippers Matchup

Zach Edey fought in his last Memphis game before the NBA All-Star Break.

Grizzlies ‘starting center had only four points and five rebounds in Memphis’ 128-114 loss to Clippers Wednesday night in Los Angeles. It was the third straight game where Edey scored in single digits after he put together three double dubbblers in a row.

Clippers Center Ivica Zubac had its way on the interior and ended with a double double.

Most Grizzlies players get free for the break, but Edey goes to San Francisco for the Rising Stars game Friday night as part of All-Star Weekend. He will join forces with other Grizzlies Rookie Jaylen Wells and they could move on to the All-Star game on Sunday if they win the Rising Stars game.

Grizzlies fell to 36-18, while the rocks improved to 30-23. Memphis’ next match will be on February 20 at Indiana.
