Judge temporarily reintroduced ethical watchdog Hampton Delling

A federal judge on Monday awarded a temporary postponement to the head of the Office of Special Counsel who filed a trial claiming President Donald Trump fired him illegally.

Hampton Delling, the head of the Agency, received an E email with resignation on Friday night and filed the federal trial on Monday.

“This email did not make any attempt to comply with the special adviser to remove the protection of the cause,” the trial reads. “It simply said, ‘On behalf of President Donald J. Trump, I am writing to inform you that your position as special adviser on the US Office of Special Advisor will end, with effect immediately.'”

The agency examines the warning of whistleblower and enforce ethical laws such as Hatch Act. It is not related to the similarly named specialty council offices within the Ministry of Justice, which prosecute politically sensitive criminal cases.

Late Monday, a judge issued an order that did not give the trial at the trial, but said that dals should remain in his role through at least midnight on Thursday, while the judge gets more detailed legal arguments about the case.

In a written statement, Delling said, “I am grateful to have the opportunity to continue leading the Office of Special Counsel, and I resume my work tonight.”

The The Ministry of Justice appealed the judge’s order.
