Arsenal vs. Leicester City 2025 Online Streaming: Starting Time, TV -TIME SPLY, HOW TO SEE ONLINE

Arsenal traveling to King Power to take on Leicester City In Gunners’ first match back from their Dubai training tour. We all know what that trip did last season for the club – the revived Mikel Arteta’s side and gave a stepping stone to an impressive form for the last three months of the season and an attacking explosion. We’ll see if the trip is doing the same this year.

On the risk of jinxing things, you could hardly have chosen a better opponent for Gunners to return to the Premier League action. The foxes have lost 8 out of 10 matches under Ruud van Nistelrooy (winning over West Ham at the end of December and Spurs recently). They are attached in a 3-way relegation match with Wolves and Ipswich Town and have shown no evidence of pulling out of the bottom. They have admitted as much as 53 goals this season, the second largest in the division.

They have also scored 25, mostly among the current bottom three, a reminder that they can pose a bit of a threat. Jamie Vardy loves a goal against the big clubs, especially Arsenal. They almost pulled Gunners in MW6. It took the second half added time target from Leandro Trossard and Kai Havertz to lift Arsenal to a 4-2 win. This match was extremely one -sided and should not have been close. It’s been a theme this season with Gunners – The finishing has not been there and they have had to sweat out results in matches that should be pleasant victories.

Things probably don’t get any more comfortable at any time for arsenal because attackers continue to fall like flies. Kai Havertz suffered a season -ending hamstring injury on the training trip that requires surgery to repair. His rehabilitation is expected to extend to the forecast. Gabriel Martinelli will be out for a few weeks with his own hamstring injury. Bukayo Saka will be out until at least mid-March with his hamstring problem. Gabriel Jesus is out in the season with an ACL tower. Takehiro Tomiyasu may require surgery to correct the question that has kept him off the field.

In a bit of good news, Ben White returns to Matchday Squad, though Mikel Arteta said his minutes will be monitored and managed for a while to ease him back in.

Van Nistelrooy confirmed that all three of Jamie Vardy, Victor Kristiansen and Jannik Vestergaard returned to training after various banks had kept them out. Defenders Harry Souttar and Ricardo Pereira will miss out, just as attackers Odonne Edouard and Abdul Fatawu.

It’s the next man up for Arsenal and players will have to answer the call. Mikel Arteta was firm that the club’s ambitions and expectations will not change due to the injuries on the front line.
