Kylie Jenner has wardrobe malfunction in Elizabeth Hurley-inspired Versace gown at 2025 Golden Globes

Kylie Jenner is going old-school Hollywood.

On Sunday, Jan. 5, the mogul, 27, stepped out with boyfriend Timothée Chalamet at the 2025 Golden Globes in a slimming silver ring dress. The look featured a sexy backless silhouette that dipped very low, as well as a plunging neckline.

The Kylie Cosmetics founder wore her black hair in loose curls and accessorized with Lorraine Schwartz jewelry.

Jenner’s sexy dress is a vintage silver piece from Atelier Versace’s Spring 1999 collection — and it bears a striking resemblance to one Elizabeth Hurley wore to the 1999 CFDA Awards.

Hurley, now 59, wore the revealing number in a shade of pink to the fashion event while on the arm of her then-partner Hugh Grant. She accessorized with a sparkly purse and opted for a smoky makeup look. Her dark hair was styled in tousled waves with her bangs parted to the side.

Hurley met Grant, 60, in 1987 and dated for 13 years before splitting in 2000. The actor is godfather to Hurley’s son, Damian.

Jenner, who chose the decidedly racy dress for the Golden Globes 2025 – where Chalamet was nominated for his role in the Bob Dylan biopic A complete unknown — wore the silver version and kept a slightly low profile while at her boyfriend’s table during the evening.

However, she didn’t miss an opportunity to have a bit of a girl’s night out with the A-listers in the room, including some of her tablemates. Elle Fanning, Chalamet’s A complete unknown costar sat next to it The Kardashians star, and at one point her sister, Dakota Fanning, joined them. In a photo of the three of them, fans on social media spotted Jenner having a bit of a wardrobe malfunction with her vintage dress.

On her left thigh, Jenner’s dress appeared to open slightly at the hem, leaving a small hole in the vintage dress. However, the beauty founder seemed unfazed by the wardrobe malfunction as she carried on with her evening with Chalamet.

Jenner and Chalamet – who have been linked since April 2023 – cozyed up at their table inside the awards show and even shared a quick kiss.

The reality star skipped the red carpet, but cameras showed her sitting next to Chalamet during Nikki Glaser’s opening monologue. She had a smile on her face as she clapped her hands and laughed at a few jokes at the actor’s expense.

In another sweet moment, Jenner pulled out a film camera and snapped a candid photo of Chalamet, who was captured in another video published on X.
