Louisville Women’s Basketball escaped North Carolina with an overtime win over Wake Forest and earned its fourth straight win.

The Cardinals (10-5, 3-1 ACC) will look to extend their streak this week, starting with today’s road game against Pitt. The Panthers (8-8) have lost their first three ACC games, including back-to-back losses to no. 13 Georgia Tech (15-0) and no. 14 Duke (12-3).

U of L returns home Sunday to play the Yellow Jackets, who will be its first ranked opponent since a 30-point loss to No. 19 at NC State almost a month ago. The Cardinals have won 23 straight games over Pitt for a 27-2 lead in the all-time series and are 11-0 against Georgia Tech.
