Randi Mahomes kicks off birthday week with birth of grandchild: ‘Grandi x3’

Patrick Mahomes’ mom, Randi, is so excited to be a grandma of three!

On Sunday, January 12, the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback and his wife, Brittany Mahomes, announced d. Instagram that they had welcomed their third baby, daughter Golden Raye Mahomes. The couple’s newest addition joins daughter Sterling Skye, 3, and son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III, 2.

The couple added a black-and-white photo of themselves holding their baby daughter’s feet over a wooden sign bearing her name. Randi then posted the photo to her Instagram stories on Monday, January 13.

“Grandi x3,” she wrote in her Instagram Stories.

Randi also added a photo of the Garnet gemstone, the official January birthstone, to her Instagram stories ahead of her 52nd birthday on January 18.

Before Golden was born, Randi posted an Instagram celebrating her grandson Bronze’s second birthday on November 28.

“My favorite grandson is TWO today! Happy birthday to our Bronze. Being your Grandi is the greatest honor. You bring so much joy to our family and I love every moment of watching you grow,” she wrote Instagram posts.

In May, Randi celebrated quality time with her two grandchildren.

“Priceless time with my grandchildren!! I love every second #blessed to be their Grandi is everything ,” she wrote in the paper May 3 post.

Before Easter 2024Randi wrote about how toddlers are the “best.” She added a photo of Sterling and Bronze hugging each other in Easter clothes.

“True story when they say grandchildren are the best!!! These two make my heart so happy. ,” she wrote.

After Sterling’s birth, Randi posted an adorable picture with her young granddaughter for her first Grandparents Day in September 2021.

“Happy 1st Grandparents Day to ME!! I love this sweet perfect girl so much!! Thank you Brit and Patrick for Sterling I love you Ster Ster ,” she wrote.

In addition to Patrick, Randi is mother to son Jackson, 24, and daughter Mia, 13. The whole family gathered for Bronze’s golf-themed 2nd birthday party back in November.
