‘Severance’ Cast Recreate the Lumon Office at Grand Central Station

As viral marketing stunts go, there’s a bit of a meta feel to stuff the cast with Resignation in a glass case at New York City’s Grand Central Station.

Adam Scott, Patricia Arquette, Britt Lower, Zach Cherry and Tramell Tillman were among those who brought the Lumon Industries office to life for a crowd of delighted commuters.

Overseeing it all was Ben Stiller, director of the Apple TV+ series, which is set to return for its second season on January 17.

Dan Erickson’s drama centers on a surgical procedure that separates the self from work outside of work, meaning the Lumon crew was very much on the clock at Grand Central.

Spectators caught them interacting and throwing paper airplanes at each other, all under the watchful eye of Tillman’s menacing Milchick.

The glass case was initially populated with unidentified Lumon employees, but the cast later showed up and gathered a crowd, according to photos posted on social media.

Season 2 will follow Mark S (Scott) and the team’s quest to fully unravel the mystery of what it is they are actually doing at Lumon. Other cast members include John Turturro and Christopher Walken.

Those boarding the series for Season 2 include Alia Shawkat (Search party), Robby Benson (Beauty and the Beast), Stefano Carannante (Mirabilia)Ólafur Darri Ólafsson (The Tourist), Gwendoline Christie (Game of Thrones), Bob Balaban (The chair), Merritt Weaver (Godless) and John Noble (Fringes).
