G Spot, the plant-based functional drinks brand co-founded by actress Gillian Anderson, has secured its first supermarket listing with Sainsbury’s.

First supermarket listing for functional drink founded by Gillian AndersonG Spot’s sparkling canned drink is rolling out in over 300 Sainsbury’s stores and online with three flavors – Lift, Soothe and Protect – designed to meet growing consumer demand for health-focused drinks.

All three SKUs are available in single 250ml cans (£2) in the chilled section at the front of stores, with Lift and Soothe soon to be available in 4x250ml multipacks (£6.50) from January 26 in the ambient soft drinks section.

“It’s now easier than ever for people to get a taste of what G Spot is all about — bold, refreshing and unapologetically good for you,” said Anderson. “It’s 2025, and with this milestone we begin the year that we want to continue. With our adaptogenic and nootropic-enhanced drinks, you never have to compromise – taste and health go hand in hand. Made in the UK with only natural ingredients, G Spot is boosted with adaptogens and nootropics. Each SKU is caffeine free, low in calories and contains no artificial sweeteners.

The launch in Sainsbury’s follows recent investment in the brand from brewing giant Heineken and its recent expansion into the US in October. Prior to the Sainsbury’s launch, G Spot had been available in Fortnum & Mason, Harvey Nichols and Selfridges as well as online.
