Will Chicago Med, Chicago Fire and Chicago Med be on TV tonight?

We have bad news for those of you who were hoping to sink into Chicago’s emergency situations on Wednesday, January 15, 2024.

You will wait at least a week before watching more of your favorite shows.

So what’s happening tonight?

It has been four years since President Biden took office, and he will say goodbye in a national address.

While we don’t expect his speech to last more than about 15 minutes, the full 8/7c hour is reserved for his speech.

Since we’re anticipating an epic three-hour crossover between Chicago Med, Chicago Fire, and Chicago Pd, it makes sense to pull those shows so this can go on as planned.

Another option would have been to spread the love around, airing original Chicago Fire and Chicago Pd episodes tonight and pulling them after a new Chicago Med next Wednesday, but that’s not ideal.
