Monster Jam Truck Rally Coming to Newark: 2025 Events

NEWARK, NJ — Want to see 12,000-pound trucks stand on two wheels and fly through the air in “contests of speed and skill?” That’s what’s in store when a Monster Jam event roars into New Jersey’s biggest city next week.

A Monster Jam truck rally will take place from January 24th to January 26th at the Prudential Center in Newark. Read more or buy tickets here.

Here’s what to expect, organizers said:

“The world’s best drivers tear up the dirt as they battle for the Event Championship in four competitions: Racing, Skills, Donuts and everyone’s favorite, Freestyle, where Monster Jam trucks defy the laws of physics and do the impossible. Fans will be right in the middle of the action and help crown the Event Champion as they score the drivers in real-time based on their skills, stunts and saves.”

“These aren’t just any drivers—they’re world-class male and female athletes who have mastered controlling these 12,000-pound beasts,” event organizers add. “Whether they’re doing insane backflips, nailing vertical 2-wheel tricks or tearing up the track in racing, these drivers are ready to wow fans with the most jaw-dropping live motorsports action around.”

Families will also be able to get up close and personal with the massive trucks, snap a selfie, meet their favorite drivers and collect autographs at the “Monster Jam Pit Parties” on Saturday and Sunday.
