The National Weather Service has highlighted the area along the I-95 corridor with lower confidence forecast totals as there could be a shift from rain to snow to freezing rain and then back to snow during the storm Sunday.National Weather Service

Forecasters continue to track some uncertainty with snowfall totals due to temperatures in parts of New Jersey hovering around freezing when the precipitation starts.

Areas along the I-95 corridor could see the storm start as rain and flip-flop between snow, rain and freezing rain before ending as snow Sunday evening.

“This is where the forecast will be the most difficult,” the weather service said.
