Heavy snow over Philadelphia, southeastern Pennsylvania Sunday, plummeting temperatures Monday

A winter storm warning is in effect for all of southeastern Pennsylvania Sunday, with 3-6 inches of snow expected in Philadelphia and the surrounding I-95 corridor. In the Lehigh Valley and Berks County, totals could be closer to 5-10 inches. Meteorologist Tammie Souza has the NEXT forecast.
