Mack Hollins arrives at the Bills’ freezing playoff game dressed for the beach

There is a 50% chance of snow during the Buffalo Bills playoff game against the Baltimore Ravens. There was a 100% chance that Mack Hollins walked into the stadium barefoot.

Life is a beach for the Bills wide receiver.

Hollins arrived at Highmark Stadium with Bill’s Zubaz swimming trunks and an open Bill’s floral shirt. A Bills bath towel was draped over his shoulder and he was accessorized with sunglasses and a Bills straw hat. Hollins wore a small Buffalo football and protected his nose with sunscreen.

“Even on cloudy days, guys, sunscreen,” Hollins said as he fist-bumped a stadium employee entering the locker room.

Bills The Mafia’s adopted son can block. Hollins has been praised for his downfield blocking, unselfishness and attention to detail in his first season with Buffalo.

The Bills continue to prove that their wide receiver space is not bare. But Mack Hollins’ feet almost always are.

The temperature at kickoff will be 18 degrees, according to National Weather Service in Buffalo. It feels like 11 degrees with the wind chill.

Hollins has monopoly power. He arrived at a game last month dressed as a barefoot mad scientist after the Buffalo region was hit with 2 feet of snow. Hollins entered Highmark Stadium in a Fred Flintstone costume and fuzzy Buffalo hat with horns before the Bills routed the Broncos in the wild-card round.

Hollins drew attention from the Buffalo organization and fans for going barefoot in training camp. Add on a self-destructed frayed and frayed T-shirt and Hollins was compared to Tarzan. Offensive coordinator Joe Brady and Bills teammates, including Josh Allen and wide receiver Keon Colemandipped his toes in the barefoot experience.

Hollins has gone barefoot for several years unless required to wear shoes, such as during an NFL game. He thinks “everyone should be barefoot.” Hollins has highlighted the health benefits of going barefoot, including strengthening the knees and ankles.

Hollins has backed up his hygienic beliefs by saying that he washes his feet often and that people don’t walk around in mittens.

“Shoes are definitely dirtier than feet,” Hollins said. “When was the last time you washed the bottom of your shoe?”

“Shoes are a tool. You wouldn’t walk around with a hammer just because you might nail something once in a while. Why walk around in shoes just because you might step on something once in a while?”
