Confirmed Chelsea line-up against Wolves | News | Official site

Enzo Maresca has made five changes to Chelsea’s starting line-up for our Premier League clash with Wolves as Trevoh Chalobah and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall return to the side.

Speaking to the media on Friday, Maresca confirmed that Cole Palmer, Enzo Fernandez, Levi Colwill and Romeo Lavia would all be monitored ahead of tonight’s game due to minor knocks.

Palmer has recovered in time to start against Vitor Pereira’s side, but the other trio miss out entirely.

There is a first Blues outing of the season for Chalobah, who was recalled last week from his loan at Crystal Palace, where he made 14 appearances in all competitions.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall also comes into midfield for his first Premier League start since signing from Leicester City in the summer.

That means Robert Sanchez will start in goal again, with Reece James at right-back, Tosin and Chalobah likely in the middle and Marc Cucurella should be at left-back.

Moises Caicedo and Dewsbury-Hall are expected to be in midfield, with Noni Madueke and Pedro Neto on the flanks and Palmer in a more advanced central role. Nicolas Jackson leads the line once again.
