Donald Trump is now the 47th president of the United States after being sworn into office by Chief Justice John Roberts at noon on Monday, January 20.

The historic ceremony in the Capitol rotunda was moved indoors due to bad weather. The temperature in Washington, DC when Trump was sworn in was 27 with a wind chill of 14.

Traditionally held on Pennsylvania Avenue starting at the Capitol and ending at the White House the parade will be held indoors at Capital One Arena.
