School Closings, Delays for DC, Maryland, Virginia Wednesday, January 8th

WASHINGTON – The first major winter storm of 2025 brought up to 10 inches of snow to parts of the DC, Maryland and Virginia area, prompting school closures Monday and Tuesday.

As the cold weather continues, the snow isn’t going anywhere, so some school districts have already announced closings and delays Wednesday as well.
