Man fatally shot found at scene of single-vehicle collision – Washington Daily News

A man was found fatally shot at the scene of a single vehicle collision in Washington on Tuesday, January 7th.

At approximately At 6:29 p.m., officers from the Washington Police Department located the victim driver, Shamari Parker, 20, of Washington at the intersection of Bonner Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Street. Drive. Parker was pronounced dead at the scene.
