The driver of a van has been taken to the hospital after a three-vehicle crash on Highway 400 in North York.

• The incident occurred in the southbound lanes of the freeway near Finch Avenue before noon ET on January 8.
• Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) said the van rear-ended a tractor-trailer – pushing the vehicle into a pickup truck.
• The truck driver’s injuries are believed to be life-threatening.
