New brush fire sparks in West Hills

As firefighters are outstretched battling multiple fires in Los Angeles County, a new fire broke out Thursday afternoon in the West Hills.

About 50 acres of vegetation is burning in the West Hills / Hidden Hills area of ​​the San Fernando Valley.

The Kennith fire is burning near Victory Blvd. and County Oak Rd.

According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, a mandatory evacuation order was issued for Vanowen St. south to Burbank Blvd. County Lane Road east to E. Valley Circle Blvd. This is an immediate evacuation order for all residents in the area.

In addition to the existing mandatory evacuation order, the LAFD also issued an evacuation warning for the areas bordered by: Ingomar St. / Saticoy St. south to Burbank Blvd., and Valley Circle Blvd. east to Woodlake Ave.
