Pistons vs. Warriors GameThread: Game Time, TV, Odds and more

Detroit Pistons welcome Steph Curry, Draymond Green and Golden State Warriors for their annual visit to Little Caesars Arena. What for the better part of a decade has been a David vs. Goliath situation, suddenly looks a lot more like an even fight. These are not long the perennials NBA finals-struggling Warriors, and these don’t appear to be the same pushover Pistons hoping lightning strikes and they can steal a win from one of the NBA’s best.

The Warriors enter tonight with an 18-18 record after losing 15 of their previous 21 games. The Pistons, meanwhile, are one of the hottest teams, record-wise, in the NBA. Yes, they’ve played some nail-biters, and yes, those teams have been missing some key players, but you haven’t gone eight wins in nine games.

With the steps forward that Cade Cunningham has taken, it’s also an opportunity to see how capable he is of going toe-to-toe with a megastar like Curry. He has beaten Anthony Edwards, Kevin Durant, De’Aaron Fox and LeBron James during this stretch of games. Let’s see what he can do to keep up with Curry.
