Taylor Swift is ready for ‘Next Chapter’ with Travis Kelce after tour

The insider adds that Taylor, 35, and Travis, 35, “have a lot to look forward to and couldn’t be more excited about it.”

The couple began dating in the summer of 2023, just months after Taylor kicked off her Eras tour in March 2023. They spent plenty of time together during her breaks from the tour and the NFL offseason, though the tour’s official conclusion in December 2024 means that Taylor no longer has no interruptions when it comes to their romance.

Taylor and Travis have already been making the most of their time together now that the tour is over, and Travis even dumped Taylor one Party with an era theme in December 2024, where several of their friends and family members attended.

Neither Taylor nor Travis have publicly revealed their plans for the future, though fans wondered if they were preparing to get married after he discussed the best season for a wedding during Wednesday, January 8 episode of his “New heights” podcast.

The conversation was brought up when a listener asked about getting married in the fall and noted that he hesitated to set a wedding date during football season because he didn’t want to miss watching games.

“I don’t actually know people who have gotten married in the fall because of all the weddings I’ve been to and all my friends always do it in the summer,” Travis said. “I have seen weddings if–King February. I’ve seen weddings everywhere except fall.”

After noting that he’s “not sure if fall was a good wedding season,” Travis advised the caller to “find a weekend where the team doesn’t play any good ones” if his fiancee was determined to have a fall wedding .

Although fans have no confirmation regarding Taylor and Travis’ potential future wedding, it’s clear that the couple is head over heels in love.

In November 2024, an additional insider told exclusively Life & Style to Taylor “had the best year of her life” thanks to the professional athlete. “Her relationship with Travis has strengthened so many parts of her and made her more confident and fearless,” the source continued. “Finding a love like this has changed Taylor.”

The insider added that the “Cornelia Street” singer “battled self-doubt and feared criticism” before her current relationship, though that all changed when she started dating her current boyfriend. “With Travis, she doesn’t seem too worried about what people see or don’t see,” the source shared. “It’s refreshing for everyone to see her be so much more relaxed and authentic.”
