Tickets are now on sale for Marvel Studios’ “Captain America: Brave New World,” and to celebrate the occasion, the studio is premiering a new 90-second trailer for the film ahead of its February 14 opening. Two new posters have also been released – one featuring Red Hulk, the other featuring the “Eternals”-created island of Tiamut.

The feature marks the fourth (and shortest) film in the “Captain America” franchise, and the first to see Anthony Mackie’s Sam Wilson take over the mantle from Chris Evans’ Steve Rogers.

It also serves as a continuation of the television miniseries “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier”. In the film and after meeting the newly elected American President Thaddeus Ross (Harrison Ford), Sam finds himself in the middle of an international incident.

He must discover the reason behind a sinister global plot before the true mastermind makes the whole world see red. The cast includes Danny Ramirez as Joaquin Torres/Falcon, Carl Lumbly as Isaiah Bradley, Giancarlo Esposito as Seth Voelker/Sidewinder, Liv Tyler as Betty Ross, and Tim Blake Nelson as Samuel Sterns/Leader.

Directed by Julius Onah, who co-wrote the screenplay with Malcolm Spellman and Dalan Musson, the film is currently on track for a debut weekend said to be around $100 million.

“Captain America: Brave New World” is scheduled to open in theaters on Valentine’s Day 2025.
